Privacy

Samfi Import (Accra, Ghana) collects only what it needs to quote, ship and deliver your goods. This page explains what that is and what we do with it, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Your account details: name, phone number, email, region and town, and business name if you give one.
• What you ask us for: quote requests, product links, photos and messages.
• Your orders: items, delivery address or pickup choice, tracking updates and delivery photos.
• Payment records: amounts, dates and references. Card and Mobile Money details are handled by Paystack; we never see your card number or PIN.

Why we use it

• To prepare quotes, buy and ship your goods, and deliver them.
• To send you updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can choose which in your account settings.
• To keep records of payments and orders, as the law requires.

We don't sell your information or use it for other companies' advertising.

Who we share it with

• Paystack, to take online payments.
• Our email and SMS providers, to send your updates.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
• Our staff and delivery riders, only as much as they need for your order.
• Customs and other authorities when the law requires it to clear your goods.

On your device

The website stores your sign-in and your cart in your browser so they're there when you come back. If we use website analytics, it tells us which pages are visited, not who you are.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details in your account. To get a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, contact us. We keep order and payment records as long as the law requires, even if you close your account.
