These terms explain how buying through Samfi Import works. By placing an order you agree to them.

Quotes

• Quotes are in Ghana cedis and are valid until the date shown on them. Prices depend on the exchange rate, so an expired quote needs updating.
• Lines marked "estimate", such as customs duties, can change. Any difference is settled when your goods clear customs.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when we receive the deposit or payment shown on your quote or at checkout.
• For quotes and pre-orders, the balance is due when your goods clear customs in Ghana. Goods are released once they're paid in full.
• In the shop, we hold your items for a limited time while you pay. If payment doesn't arrive in time, the order is cancelled and the items go back on sale.
• Only pay to the details we give you on this website or from our official numbers.

Delivery dates

• Delivery dates are estimates. Sea shipping depends on vessels, ports and customs, which we don't control.
• If your order is delayed, we'll tell you why and give you a new estimate.
• Delivery fees depend on your region. Pickup from our Accra office is free.

What we can't ship

Some goods can't be imported or need special handling. See our FAQ. We may decline a request for goods we can't legally or safely ship.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.

Cancellations and refunds

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
